We are seeking a Manager, Partnership Systems and Governance to lead the development, implementation, and optimisation of the University’s partnership systems and frameworks. This role is pivotal in operationalising our strategic goals through effective systems integration, policy development, and governance oversight—beginning with our new Partnership Relationship Management (PRM) system.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the PRM system to support partnership workflows, data integrity, and reporting
- Leading change management, user onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinating governance forums and compliance processes
- Partnering with academic and professional units to embed sustainable systems and practices
- Developing dashboards and reports to support data-informed decisions
- Overseeing operational budgets and procurement related to partnership systems
About you:
You are a strategic operator with strong systems thinking, stakeholder engagement, and governance capabilities. With a background in enterprise systems (ideally Salesforce or similar), you bring a collaborative approach to driving innovation, alignment, and accountability across complex organisations.
You will have:
- A relevant degree with extensive management experience, or postgraduate qualifications
- Strong understanding of stakeholder governance and systems integration
- Experience in translating strategic frameworks into practical tools and processes
- Demonstrated capability in project delivery, training, and user support
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
